A private pool, a garden of roughly four thousand square metres, and generous rooms for up to ten guests, all wrapped in the stillness of the countryside, a short drive from the coast yet a world away from it.

No close neighbours, no passing traffic. Just birdsong, the rustle of olive leaves and the long light of the Cyprus countryside. Stephanie Villa sits in its own grounds, so the days are yours to shape.
A generous private pool anchors the outdoor living, with loungers in the sun and a pergola for the shade. An optional heated pool can be arranged on request for cooler months, so the season stretches a little further.
Open-plan living and dining flow into a fully equipped kitchen, with space for everyone to come together at the end of the day. A baby cot and high chair are available, so the youngest guests are looked after too.

“This was a great place to stay! We loved the big kitchen, the pool, and that it had a lot of space for kids to spread out and play or just hang out. We also loved that there was a washer and dryer and that there were oranges on the property that we could make fresh orange juice every morning. It was farther from Paphos than we were expecting, but it was worth the drive!”
